Welcome to Every Mile.

The terms “Every Mile,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Every Mile, a brand operated by AfterFire Creative Co.

Every Mile operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it collectively, the “Services.” Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, explain your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By visiting, browsing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors, placement, scale, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment sizes, printing processes, manufacturing differences, and the handmade nature of certain production steps.

Product mockups are intended to represent the general appearance of the finished item but may not show every minor variation.

Product descriptions, designs, prices, color options, availability, and other details may be changed without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

Many Every Mile products are produced after an order is placed. Minor variations that do not constitute a defect may occur between products or production batches.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please review your size, color, shipping address, customization details, and other order information carefully before submitting your purchase.

Because many products enter production shortly after an order is placed, we may be unable to change or cancel an order after it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Incorrect pricing or product information
Product unavailability
Shipping restrictions
Violation of these Terms
Orders appearing to be placed for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Purchases are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, coupon codes, and promotions may change without notice. The amount charged will be the amount shown during checkout and in your order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, listed product prices do not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.

Promotional codes:

Must be entered during checkout
Cannot be applied retroactively
Cannot be redeemed for cash
May be limited by date, product, customer, or number of uses
May not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated

We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion if it is affected by an error, misuse, fraud, or circumstances outside our control.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Every Mile currently ships only to:

The contiguous United States
Alaska
Hawaii

We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of production schedules, carrier operations, weather, holidays, address problems, supply issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. Please contact us if tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery problem, or missing package so we can review the situation.

If we cannot ship within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we may contact you regarding a revised estimate, cancellation, or refund as applicable.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible ordinary return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Do not mail a return without prior approval. The correct return mailing address and instructions will be provided after a return request has been reviewed and approved.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents, including the Every Mile name, branding, logos, product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, written content, slogans, taglines, downloadable materials, videos, and site design, are owned by or licensed to Every Mile or AfterFire Creative Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

This includes, where applicable, brand language such as:

You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and browsing.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

Copy or reproduce our designs, artwork, or downloadable materials.

Manufacture products using our designs
Modify or create derivative works from our materials
Republish or distribute our content
Use our branding in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement
Scrape or collect website content for commercial use

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design, artwork, brand language, or other intellectual property displayed on that product.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

The Services may include tools, applications, payment systems, integrations, or features operated by third parties.

These tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Your use of a third-party tool may also be governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services, social platforms, or resources.

We are not responsible for examining or guaranteeing the accuracy, content, products, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party websites is at your own discretion and risk. Questions or disputes concerning a third-party product or service should be directed to that provider.

10. Relationship With Shopify

Every Mile is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store and related Services.

All purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Every Mile. Shopify is not the seller of Every Mile products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, or other aspects of a transaction between you and Every Mile.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from purchases and transactions with Every Mile.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our store, Shopify and connected service providers may collect and process information necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, and provide related services.

12. Reviews, Feedback, and Submitted Content

When you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to submit it
It does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
It is accurate and not misleading
Any compensation or incentive connected to the submission has been disclosed
It does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, malicious, or harmful material

You grant Every Mile and AfterFire Creative Co. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and share submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

We are not required to publish, retain, compensate, or respond to submitted content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably consider inappropriate.

We will not publicly use a customer’s private personal story or sensitive information as a testimonial without permission.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions concerning product descriptions, prices, discounts, shipping charges, availability, or delivery estimates.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an order is canceled because of an error after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.

We do not guarantee that:

The Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Website information will always be complete or current
Products will meet every individual expectation
Colors or design placement will appear identical across every screen, garment size, or production batch

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Every Mile, AfterFire Creative Co., and their owners, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or purchase of a product.

This may include lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of opportunity, or replacement costs.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Every Mile, AfterFire Creative Co., Shopify, and their respective affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

Your material violation of these Terms
Your unlawful misuse of the Services
Your violation of another person’s rights
Content you submit through the Services

This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Severability

If any portion of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted or severed from the Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Any legal proceeding relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in South Carolina, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
